Suckling Pig Sundays

For some, Sunday is a day for rest. For us, Sunday is a day to feast, but in traditional Spanish style. Join us for an authentic farm-to-table experience every Sunday at Bar Ramone featuring a suckling pig, confit in duck fat, rosemary and garlic. Choose from either a quarter or half fried pig served with a rich mustard pork jus, alongside whipped potato puree, roasted parsnips and carrots glazed in Pedro Jimenez, and house-baked baguettes w/ herbed olive oil and vinegar. (Yes, we encourage you to pig out.)

Have a bottle of vino (or two) you want to bring in for the feast? The corkage fee is on us… or shall we say porkage fee?

$69.95 for a quarter pig (serves 2-3), $139.95 for a half pig (serves 4-6)
