Valentine’s Day at Bar Ramone

This Valentine’s Day, let the only thing that comes between you and your special someone be a porrón. Enjoy a Spanish-inspired, five-course feast featuring dishes like Hamachi Crudo, Short Rib w/ parsnip puree & apple & Crispy Spanish Rice. Sip perfectly paired wines selected by our in-house sommelier, and end the night on a sweet note w/ Basque Cheesecake and a decadent Chocolate Tart for the table.
Seatings are at 4:00PM, 6:30PM and 9:00PM on Friday, February 14, and Saturday, February 15, and can accommodate groups up to eight for those looking to spread the love. Cost is $75 per ticket plus tax, not including gratuity, and includes a two-hour and fifteen minute seating and five-course menu. Vegetarian options are available.

Suckling Pig Sundays

For some, Sunday is a day for rest. For us, Sunday is a day to feast, but in traditional Spanish style. Join us for an authentic farm-to-table experience every Sunday at Bar Ramone featuring a suckling pig, confit in duck fat, rosemary and garlic. Choose from either a quarter or half fried pig served with a rich mustard pork jus, alongside whipped potato puree, roasted parsnips and carrots glazed in Pedro Jimenez, and house-baked baguettes w/ herbed olive oil and vinegar. (Yes, we encourage you to pig out.)

Chicago Restaurant Week

Join Bar Ramone for Chicago Restaurant Week and enjoy a true tapas feast for $48 a person (plus tax, gratuity not included). Selections include Spanish favorites like Mushroom Pintxos, Big Eye Tuna Tartare, Marinated Goat Cheese, Lamb Meatballs, Crispy Spanish Rice, Basque Cheesecake, and more! Each course includes a wine pairing, featuring pours such as the Bohigas Rosat Cava NV, The Flower And The Bee Souson Ribeiro ’16, and the Pregon Verdejo Rueda ’17.

Tuesday Tasting Tour

Whether you’re a wine-thusiast or an entry-level sipper, grab a glass at Bar Ramone for an exploration of wine from famed regions at our Tuesday Tasting Tour! Join us the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. as our in-house Sommelier pours favorites from a featured region, while educating on the history of the wine, how to sip it, what to sip it with, and more!

Rare Wine Wednesday

Rarity is a thing to be admired. The chance to enjoy a glass of an extremely rare wine is a thing to be savored. Introducing Rare Wine Wednesday at Bar Ramone, where we uncork salt-of-the-earth wines to be enjoyed by the glass for a reasonable price. Our sommeliers have selected bottles from some of the most well curated wine cellars from across the country, creating our own truly special collection in Chicago so we can offer you a sip of something rich with history (and flavor). Mark your calendar to join us every Wednesday to enjoy pours from a featured rare wine that will be available for one night, and one night only, while supplies last.

Happy Hour

Join us for happy hour at Bar Ramone! Enjoy $7 select wine pours and unlimited visits to the traditional Spanish tapas bar from 4-6PM daily. Stack up your plate with favorites including Fried Chickpeas, Iberico Chips, Shishito Peppers, Olive Oil Popcorn, Local Focaccia with garlic aioli and other seasonal selections. Cheers!
